Pinky's Bovinian Cornish Game Hens
Contributed by Doc Technical
Remove Cornish Hens from wrapping. Defrost at room temperature (29 degrees). Hammer spit through Hens. Smear Hens in butter, sprinkle with rosemary and dill. Place spit over coals, leaving 24-36 inches between coals and Hens. Rotate hens over fire, replenishing butter and herbs as needed. At regular intervals, open cold beer, sprinkle several drops on hens to keep coals from flaming up, and consume remainder. After hens have been cooking approximately four hours, or until nearly done, pass out for night, leaving meal for others to consume.
