Ruth Shaw's Artichoke Dip

    • 1 can of artichokes
    • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup mayonaise

    Cut up artichokes and combine them with cheese and mayo in a casserole dish. bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes. LET COOL! Serve with Keebler Clubú crackers. It is best to take dip out of casserole dish and put in a stoneware crock to retain warmth. Can be served with Tabasco on the side.
