Mrs. Gyro's Greek Salad

    • 2 Large Fresh Tomatoes
    • 1 Large Cucumber
    • 1 Large Onion
    • juice of 1 Lemon
    • 1/2 can whole black olives, drained
    • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 1/8 cup vinegar
    • 1/8 cup olive oil*
    • fresh ground pepper

    Peel and slice cucumber, onion and tomatoes. Mix in large bowl with black olives. Squeeze Lemon juice over bowl, cover with crumpled feta, and allow to stand until husband begins complaining that his stupid fire's going out. Immediately before serving dress with oil and vinegar (to taste) and mix well. Apply pepper to taste. Opa!
